This was our 2nd. visit to this lovely villa. The apartment had everything required and was spotlessly clean. The village of St Petro is only a short car ride away from beautiful sandy beaches and the inland scenery is simply breathtaking. Efisio and Tina were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. We shall definately return again in the near future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Primavera. We had a lovely time talking with the owners and had some nice laughs. It was sad to say goodbye. Our son got on so well with them, so it was very comfortable to let him roam on his own from time to time.Thank you so much! The apartments were peaceful and comfortable. A great place to relax and get away from it all. We appreciated the help in finding different beaches, sites and good places to eat. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.
We have just returned from spending two very relaxing weeks at Villa Primavera in the Mansarda appartment. This was our second visit to Villa Primavera. Tina & Efisio were the most fantastic hosts nothing is to much trouble for them, they are both very helpful and kind. A car is definitely needed to explore this wonderful area. Nearby Pula has everything you could need, the beach at Nora is fantastic, as are the beaches at Chia.We can thoroughly recommend staying at Villa Primavera and will definitely return again.Thank you Tina & Efisio Ciao

A big thank you to Paolo and his father who were excellent hosts. This is a great place to stay in order to visit all the wonderful beaches. The accomodation is very clean and tidy - cannot fault whatsoeverAlso a big thank you too John who took Sandra and I out on his boat for her birthday - a wonderful day.Best beach for us was Tuerredda beach near Capo Spartivento - crystal clear waters. We will definetly be going back! Thank you Paolo - Sardinia is a great placesee you soon
We spent a week at Villa Primavera in June 2009, we had the best time. Paolo and Efisio were so kind and helpful, we could not have wished for better accomodation. The Villa is so peaceful it was wonderful to sit on the balcony listening to the birds, the garden is beautiful, a credit to Efisio. We loved Pula, Chia beach and Nora beach. The Roman ruins were more than we expected, we did not realize how vast the site was. We did not travel far due to the state of the tyres on our rental car, (mental note to check tyres on car at the airport next time). The weather was fantastic. We will be back!
Ciao Paolo, greeting from Edinburgh. Just wanted to thank you and your lovely dad for the wonderful hospitality shown to us on our visit. We had a great week, felt really relaxed on our return and are looking forward to doing it all again next year! Your apartment was perfect for us in every way and spotless. I have recommended you to many friends who hope to come over in the near future. We had everything we needed on the doorstep and thank you for kindly agreeing to pick us up at the airport and take us back. Next time we will organise a car before we come but glad we got one for the week so that we could take in all the beautiful beaches.Great time and thanks again for everything.A prestoJo xxx
Hello Paolo - greetings from Ray in Oxford and Marion in Sydney! Thank you for looking after us three or four weeks ago. Our week in Sardegna was lovely and relaxing. I took hundreds of photos and we are smiling in all of them! The beaches are amazingly good, the crystal clear air was also very refreshing and the abundance of wild flowers was also wonderful and unexpected. Neither Ray nor myself have ever been to Sardegna before and we figured that it was worth a return trip! So next time we come, we will remember to avoid Easter Sunday unless we have brought some supplies with us!! Thanks for helping us out! For the benefit of anyone looking at this, we really enjoyed the coastline and travelled both west and south from Villa San Pietro. We also ventured a little inland into the mountains and they are certainly spectacular. There is much to see and do on your lovely island. Gracias from us both!
This was our first trip to Sardinia and we loved it! We found the accomodation on the internet and weren't sure what we were going to find - but we were not disappointed. Mansarda was perfect for what we needed with our 8 month old baby clean and safe and located in a lovely little local street close to Pula. Paolo made the week all the better by being so welcoming and offering friendly advice about the island. It was also reassuring to have Paolo's family so close if you needed to ask them anything! A car is a must though - the coastline and beaches are beautiful and we would definitely like to come back at a later time in the year when it's warmer.
Paolo and his lovely family made us so welcome that it felt like being at home, only with far better weather! This was our first time in Sardinia or indeed, any Italian-speaking area and Paolo's family are fluent in Italian and English, which was a great relief! We hired a car, which was a definite plus, once we'd got the hang of driver/passenger in reverse. Helpful hint: keep driving documentation with you as the Italian police are keen on spot checks! The island of Sardinia has some stunning scenery. Although only able to visit for 4 days, we managed to see the wonderful coves and beaches along the south coast, especially Chia, the flamingos, the Roman ruins at Nora, the quaint little town of Pula, the fascinating capital Cagliari and round the mountain on the other side of Cagliari, the wonderful coastal town of Villasimius - the Carbonara Restaurant is excellent - but don't miss the beach either. The lovely Ponente apartment is ideally situated - less than half an hour from the airport by car if you obey the speed limit of 50 km. There is so much to see locally that you are pushed to 'see it all' in the space of a week. This is definitely a little oasis that deserves a return visit.Thank you Paolo for your help, good humour and encouragement throughout our stay.Very best wishes, Sue & Andy Vickers
What a great place to get away from it all. The apartment was perfect for the 3 adults who fancied a change of scenery. We were able to be completely self sufficient if we chose but we mostly opted to try the local restaurants - totally fab! We really enjoyed sitting in Cagliari beneath the January sunshine - try one of the many coffee bars on Via Roma for a cup of hot chocolate (chocolate soup really, I became totally addicted). The nearby beaches are spectacular and the local town of Pula is really quaint. We would recommend hiring a car to fully appreciate the real beauty of the island and to stop off at the many, many beautiful beaches and lovely little rural villages and towns. Our host, Paolo, was really great. He had such a good knowledge of both the local area as well as places further afield. We really appreciated being able to use his knowledge in order to make the most of our time in Sardinia. We had a great time visiting Sardinia and can't wait to come back again in the summer. We plan to take advantage of Paolo's contacts and friends who own yachts and charter them out to groups in the summer. We will be booking with Paolo again as the villas are so well maintained and clean that we could not wish for more - and he seems to know some really great people!!
We had a lovely time here last year. Great place to stay especially with a child, Paolo and family were good hosts. fabulous beaches nearby especially at Chia, also near to Caligari (we have family there and an easy trip to make for a day). A car is essential though to get around especially to all the fabulous beaches.
We stayed for two weeks at villa prima vera wich is finished to the highest standard and had an absolutely fabulous timepaolo is a great guy and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know and the area is fantastic but you do need a car to get about there is a supermarket within walking distance and various eating places we most enjoyed tropical garden great food and entertainment and we look forward to going back some time
Paolo's apartment is the best equiped one we have ever stayed in & Paolo is a great host & tour guide. A car is needed for sightseeing in the day, but there are a couple of pizzarias & a bar a short walk away. The best is Tropical Garden & Juliano is also a great host. The apartments gardens are beautiful & a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. If you love great food & drink, friendly people, beautiful beaches & mountain walks this is the place to be.Photo:Tuerredda beach near Capo Spartivento.(It was gorgeous & very quiet, the water was very shallow & very blue as it was almost like a lagoon)(Added by Paolo: This is approx 20Km [25mins] from Villa Primavera)
We also had a great time at Villa Primavera. The appartments were very nice and Paolo is really the best host, that I've ever seen!!!The garden is so beautiful!! You can see, how much time and love he invested in this!! The amzing scenery in this region was also a part of our great time in Sardegna. In my opinion, the most beautiful beach is in Chia. It's about 20 minutes by car, but it pays off. If I wouldn't make a commercial travel to China this year, I'm sure I'm gonna to book Paolo's great house again! Thank you for this great time in your house Paolo!!Lots of greetings from snowy GermanyJörg
We had a very kind welcome at Villa Primavera and found a nice, well-equipped appartement. Everything was ok, it was very quiet and we had a great time this week. Espacially the morning-sun on the little balcony we enjoyed a lot. The appartment is a good starting point for exploring the beautiful beaches on the south-coast.We are thinking about comming back again.
We enjoyed our one week stay in apartment Ponente. Paolo was a very good host and everything you can wish was present in the apartment. In our view you need a car when you want to stay there. Furthermore we really can recommend to visit the place.I attach a photo near Capo Malfitano. (nr Teulada)(Added by Paolo: This is approx 30Km [35mins] from Villa Primavera)
I have been at Villaprimavera at different times in the year & it always is amazing !Most beautiful beaches not far - a lot to explore on the island ....... always really nice local people around - a lot of them speaking English !Also check for music events in nearby Pula in the summer - and a lot more of activities but also just nice & quiet places.I am tempted to go back there some time !Cheers to Paolo who is a wonderful host & guide & ....
